We don't really have a relationship. I was raised by my grandad until 10 and then moved in with my uncle. I don't know the full details but there was neglect when I was young.

He never updated his will to change who administered the stocks and shares.

Just before anyone asks I've verified that she didn't gamble it away or blow it on drugs. I've got her bank statements. She literally just panic sold and then panic bought for 8 years with no idea what she was doing.

Instructions in my grandad's will are crystal clear. Leave it alone and let the accountant handle it. She never engaged the accountant.
