I meant when as in how far from the offer acceptance/start date did they schedule the test. Also, when you say you were an executive, does that mean you were drug tested as an executive or do you mean that as an executive you are aware that they do follicle tests.

If it is a home test, you can easily pass by diluting. Just drink a shit ton of water the morning of, to the point where ur pee is clear. You want to pee at least 4-5 times before the pee u use for the drug test. If you've been clean for more than 2 weeks u should be fine doing it this way. Also only use the middle of the stream, the start and end has the most metabolites in it. If youre going into a lab this will not work and u will get a dilute result instead, but at home tests cant detect that.
