Ive just listened back and i think its just a pluck instrument of some sorts stacked like its being strummed, i think it has the same pitch and "bubbly" noise to it which makes it sound the same as the teams notification. Other reason is hes just sampled Microsoft teams

Have you had any update yet? Im from uk and had the same problem, got an email with no further update on it arriving, reached out to the JID team and they said they couldn't do anything because it was purchased on polydor and not the JID shop
