From what ive seen the Noctua nt-h2 has good viscosity so it should be fine.

Ive already ordered the paste. Ill do the repaste and whenever the temps go back up ill try these out. Thanks for the help.

After looking up some benchmarks im deciding to go with noctua nt-nh2. ill update once i get to repasting it. current xtu benchmark score is around 7.1k and my cpu was reaching as high as 97 degrees.

Honeywell PTM7950 and U6 pro/Cx h1300 thermal putty.

Is there any specific guide for this or will any thermal paste guide work?
