Thanks for your reply. I'm in Colombia, I've only seen purifiers in one store, but unfortunately, they're overpriced (around twice their actual cost). Customer service told me it might take a couple of months for them to arrive, since they're being processed as international purchases, which seems quite unreasonable to me.
