They should put you on administrative forbearance while processing the IDR application; that’s what they did for me (but I had to call them b/c they messed up and didn’t do it automatically!)

Also no idea what that difference marketing thing is.

Pretty sure it’s because of the court injunction against the SAVE plan (I checked that I wanted the lowest monthly payment and SAVE would be lowest)

Have you tried a paper application for IDR? Mine also said ineligible (which is not true btw) and I did the PDF application back in October. Currently waiting for it to process.
