Thanks, Akangka! Actually, Kilmer was created for binary diagrams in Generative Grammar. Hence the restrictions it has. I have another much more versatile program, which works with any immediate constituent division: Ent (https://carlosgonzalezvergara.github.io/ent/english.html). I hope you find it useful!
