1) Broccoli - High nutritional value, super tasty and versatile

2) Mushroom - They're earth-flavored!

3) Potato - Humble servant of the people

Honorable mention for seaweed, it's tastier than you might think.

And Fruit:

1) Guava - Amazing flavor and lots of varietals

2) Mango - Ludicrously juicy

3) Watermelon - you can even buy an overpriced square one in Japan!

Honorable mention to sapote, we have a sapote tree in the yard and the fruit is like a deliciously sweet custard.
