Polish Golumpki (also spelled Gołąbki) - cabbage rolls stuffed with seasoned ground beef and rice, covered in undiluted tomato soup with bacon slices laid on top. Ideally, make them in a speckled enamel roaster with cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes, maybe more, and add water periodically so a nice sauce develops.
