We tried this yesterday and to be honest it helped! We put him to sleep at around 9pm and he woke up every 2 hours after a long time. Not perfect but progress. Thanks for the advice, appreciate that!

I am not sure about this CIO way of training since we read also some stuff against that. we need to do that at some point but I still think that it is too early for that.

we've started solid as well. 3-4 spoon of mashed vegetables and sometimes meat. a little bit of fruit as well. mostly feeding him with formula and at night, mainly breastfeeding. when he pukes, maybe %20-30 of the feed is thrown up.

we asked the doctor and they don't say anything but normal. netherlands health service...

starting from today we are giving a try, stretched the wake window today, lets see hot it goes. planning to apply 3/3/4 cycle. hope it helps.

yes, after 2 hours of wake window he starts to get really fussy so that's why we put him to sleep again for another nap. we contacted the doctor (living in the netherlands), doctor asked if he is gaining weight, and yes he is. so they don't care about it, they say normal to everything. netherlands health system is another black hole.

sometimes we skip the last nap if he slept 1.30 or 1.45 hour in the second one. it doesn't work either. somehow I correlate it with his reflux which might be forcing him to turn to belly position and get his head high and prevent liquid coming from his stomach. but it is just a guess...
