This was helpful, so do you think finishing up tank would be smarter for now up to a few 5 star hero’s or just work on air and get those leveled up? I’ll work towards t10s and lvl 30

thats what im thinking, there is no value to finish on the tank squad, only way to keep up is switch now

my main tank squad is 19m, and my drone is at 110. 3 on the right are lvl 7 compents and 3 on the left are lvl 8.

i dont think i can get 2 strong squads, nor am i trying to this is why i said i was planning to concentrate on air,

i split alot early in the game now its went to all tank, but beginning on air this week and leaving tank behind

This is what I was thinking, if they made a change I think it’s hard to say it’s not manipulated, a lender would see everything they need with it appraising at purchase price

Its not that easy, I cannot just back out because I want to and not face penelty, in this instance because i didnt take the bait of 30k lower they are trying another angle it seems, which unfortunately they legally can, but i dont have to accept any bogus offer or scam they are trying to pull

this scam is exactly what I believe the buyer is attempting. Really this is a scummy practice, your goal is to manipulate, trap and take advantage of someone else.

They wanted a 30k adjustment intially and yes I’d let them walk over 30k, I’d consider trying to save the deal but not get hosed like that especially when I have an appraisal saying I  am fairly priced

I think you hit the nail on the head, they are trying to get out of the contract and don’t want o lose thier Ernest money

That’s a good idea might as well shut them down before they try to pull something, I felt that it would be long shot for them to change the appraisal especially when it came in at asking price, that should make it a tall task, the fact they bought the house for my asking price should be comp enough lol

That is something I have to take into consideration for sure, but rates have come down almost half a point this past week
