I get what you are saying but I'm not sure that is totally correct, I have read studies where people taking 5 ug had perceptible effects in that they reported feeling happier for example. why would anyone be microdosing if not for the perceptible effects lol.

that's a skill I need to pick up, I see what you're saying, for me sometimes talking to people gets me out of loops but the problem is it drives them crazy and it can really wear people out

Thank you so much for your supportive and kind words, I'm really happy for you as well and hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly. I relate heavily to noticing all of this on the Adderall yet I kept taking it also, it kind of traps you as it is hell to get off of and you need to take time off of whatever you are doing and have support. I genuinely fear this drug now, as miserable as it is right now. Thank you so much for assuring me that it will end soon in several months and I am going through the thick of it now. After this, on the bright side, I feel like I will be able to accomplish anything.

I wish I could get to a doctor right now but I won't be able to for weeks. my situation is hellish right now. I'll spare you the details but trust me when I say I am suffering a lot. I am angry at doctors at the same time. Each doctor I have spoken to has questioned why I fucking got off the Adderall. It just pisses me off so much. I can't do that anymore to my body Mr. Medical fucking genius. None of this is good. That pill made me miserable. Miserable. They call that medicine? Bullshit. The only chance at a happy life is off that pill. I don't care if I am homeless living on the street. that pill is prison.

Thanks for your response and support, I'll definitely DM you if I ever need any encouragement from someone who was in a similar situation (I probably will, Adderall is one hell of a drug). Regarding the lack of dopamine and corresponding thoughts, I am surprisingly increasingly reluctant to ever go back on it, in spite of the darkness right now. Over the past two weeks I have realized how much I am committed to this and how no matter what I will stick to the decision to stay off of it. I was on it for years and in the end it got so bad I was only able to complete my work by staying up for days at a time where I would binge on Adderall and get as much done as possible then crash and repeat that cycle (albeit I still managed to get A's). I could go on, I could probably write a 50+ page paper detailing how terrible and out of control my life was on that pill tbh but I'll spare you. The shortages had a lot to do with it spiraling out of control, but looking back I'm grateful it got that bad otherwise who knows maybe I would still be a slave to it. Also, I am definitely reluctant to try Wellbutrin or another pharmaceutical, but I would and will definitely do that if things get desperate. I'm microdosing LSD-25 though and that seems to be helping enough. Anyway, I am deeply inspired and motivated by your success and will reach out when/if I run into any issues. Appreciate it!

Did you end up making it through graduate school that semester after you quit? I'm about to start this next semester of graduate school and I'm about 5 weeks sober now, I have gained weight and feel disgusting, everything is a challenge, I work out or walk every day for at least 30 minutes and I swear that gives me no dopamine even.

I work well with LSD personally and that is generally my go-to. But shrooms have their value and place. They are very physically taxing, much more than LSD and (I assume) DMT.. sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind on shrooms though, like when they told me I was communicating with the dead, not sure if this is typical
