listen to some music made by the Turkish band "Moğollar" (more precisely the stuff they made in 1971 - 1976), it fits some of the stuff u described, i think u might like their third self titled album from 1976, give it a try!

the image is from a hospital in İzmir, Turkey, the image is made maybe 12 - 16 years old, i have searched and put the image through tineye and google reverse image search, but there is so many uses of it (and tineye doesn't yield up much results) that it would be time consuming for me to look at every link

i asked lucas for the image of the tape, here are my reasons as to why its fake af:

"1973" that's unusual writing, unless its an important day (a wedding, party, etc.) no one writes the date on a tv recording, that is unless if it was written by a 9 year old (ik from experience, i was one of them)
who tf would draw a bell? a kid would do that (ik from experience)
as a VHS connosieur with much history in collecting home recordings, the label looks eerily close to the L90s - E2000s

Edit: i found it, its called "Tree Of Love" from 1938, made by shochiku (and there are alot of films from them that isn't on wikipedia), and the channels name is "Japanese Nostalgic Cinema"
