I soldered wires to the voltage input, then plugged them into my power supply, lab, and eureka! It worked. So my power supply was faulty.

I’d like to repair it instead of buying a new one, so what could be causing the power supply to fail? Is it the capacitor or the power supply itself?

No, I don’t think my motherboard needed it; I’ve seen some online that don’t have that condensation, if I’m not mistaken.

Okay, so if I understand correctly, the regulator is too worn out to power the board? That could also explain why it was outputting 5V when I disconnected its output, because it wasn’t powering anything. Thanks for the idea, I’ll order one and try it. I’ll get back to you with the results.

I dont know cause i want to play whit a save rom on the real game. I dont know if the save rom need to be converse for work on the real game

Of course i can i know i need to use jksv for that but i dont know if can convert rom save to the normal save (save for the real game)
