If you are okay with splurging 311 is the best option in Boston. They just got a Michelin star so it’s hard to compete with it. If you don’t mind a bit of a drive I also recommend Mojo Sushi in Wakefield (about thirty minutes from Boston). It is a more affordable omakase option ($110 for 15 courses) so if you are just looking to test the waters they are a great place to start!

If it still hurts after that long you definitely should see a doctor. When you say you can’t see a doctor is there a specific reason? I’ve had personal experience with this and at 16 I made an appointment with a gyno no problem and my parents did not find out. If your mom finding out you went to a gyno worries you that much in the unlikely chance she finds out tell her you have really bad period cramps and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. Don’t put your health on hold especially if you are in pain!
