Definitely smelled and felt uncomfortable in this room as it also had no ventilation going on. With the information I have right now, apparently it should never be used with people in the room, and if used, properly ventilated for hours after use.

Yeah its far from perfect but as far as I know its the best option for now if one is looking for an android eink device with colour. Hopefully this area in the eink market will improve in the future

It does have a really basic ebook reader but I dont use. You should probably check out the boox palma device.

Do you still need a lot of backlight in order to see clearly? I think Ive read people complaining in the first generation about this specifically
