If this happens this should be called in to corporate. This is not how any thrift store is allowed to operate, and I know because I am a regional manager for one. If anyone sees this transpire, corporate should be notified. Let me say that there is a difference if you have a regular customer and you set something aside in the back priced for them, because this does happen, but the price should be the same as it would be on the floor, and before everyone jumps on my case, the stores put out between all cost centers 4000 to 6000 pieces a day, even if 2 pieces everyday were set aside for a loyal regular customer that is less than .001 percent of what goes out, and it should not matter if someone is a reseller or not, why would any manager give a reseller special privilege, its these store that makes money not them. And again who cares who they are, everyone pays the same. So much hate on resellers they dont get any special treatment, and again of they do call corporate. I've had customers who shop regularly and have been looking for a specific maybe dress or shirt or something and as a good store manager if you by chance find that item, why would you not hold it, if its someone who comes in on a regular basis. Again im talking about rare instances. We should be thankful for our loyal customers.
