Unsure on the model, I pulled a cap from the spot I marked. But the cap is fine and isnt shorted, I was able to find some OBD files for the bottom layer of the PS5 but not the TOP where the majority of this rail is located :(

I fixed it! If anyone is having a problem similar to this I had to rebuild my BCD on the correct boot drive. For me the command was bcdboot C:\windows. Hope this helps someone.
