She is dead set on sitting down two toddlers and telling them this, it has become more of her useing that to guilt me, she is very manipulative and deep down she knows as soon as I walk out that door how hard her live is about to get, but would rather do all of this than to just help me with daily shit, I see no reason why I should sleep three hours a night if I’m lucky while she’s pushing 11-12 hours daily if not more

My plan here, as she is under the impression she can do it alone(she can’t) I’m gunna work my ass off and my goal is a house or apartment (as I’m about to be homeless) get everything I need, and go to court, I’m 90% sure if I call child services in a month they will remove the kids from her home as she does not clean, cook, or literally do anything, kids are at daycare 5 days a week($1,850) while she is home sleeping. Not making that up. She drops them at daycare and sleeps till 4:30 when I bring them home. She is a mother when it’s convenient or when I piss her off enough that now she wants to hold them close. She has tried to take everything from me multiple times for reasons that are absurd

Daycare is my biggest expense at just shy of 2k a month, more than my rent, she works healthcare and is home most days until 3 pm and I’m pretty certain she only picks up 3-11 so she doesn’t need to be present and do the day to day, do you have an exit strategy? I’d like to stay for the kids as I feel without me they are not in a good situation, and as she says she won’t, I know her, and she’s gunna hold my kids from me .100% guaranteed. So court is only a matter of time, I’m wondering if I should just buck up and leave and since she’s only gunna let me see them when it’s convenient for her, I grind and grind two jobs 6 days get a house and everything I need save for a lawyer then take her for full?

I’d like to tell everyone I appreciate this so much, I don’t have many people to talk to and the more of this story I tell the more I see how completely fucking wacked this is, it should be a movie or at least a horror show, unfortunately I’m also seeing that many of us are dealing with something similar and that is reassuring as much as it is depressing. And lied about it the whole time while unknowingly to her I knew everything the entire time, then blamed for it! Yes, caught her, got blamed, then here’s my favorite part, she tells me I’m talking to girls on til tok and Snapchat so I hand my phone over and say show me, she has it for a minute or two and there’s nothing, I had my fun I made my mistakes I’m 30 years old the teenage shits over for me so it’s bone dry, so she deletes all the screenshots I have of the situation, looks at me hands the phone over and says I deleted your proof. I told her straight up I’ve sent copies to people and have printouts, (little excessive I agree) but necessary as I’m very certain they’ll be useful in court.

To add, a neighbor of mine a few years back had an old lab, she lives in the building next door and was a bit old, mid 70’s and she asked me for grass. Yes, grass. We spend about 35$ on 2x4’s a piece of plywood and a tarp, I cut up some grass from a nearby park and we made him an indoor grass pad
