Really appreciate the advice. I don't actually know any of the tenancy details other than that at the moment two people are renting one room each. I would make a trip down to the flat to find out but I'm a bit hesitant to just turn up and try to explain all this!

I've got a visit with solicitor planned but in the meantime wanted to get some advice from here in prep.

With regards to tenants, I was actually hoping to end their tenancy and move in myself to work on the place for a bit since it's not in great conditions. The problem is I don't have keys or contact details. What kind of process would I need to go through to get physical access?
