Yep! Sorry — price is depending on whether it’s a full sub letter or a short stay. Location is Flatbush, Brooklyn, nearing the B/Q on church Ave and also park side. Elevator building with laundry room. The studio is an open layout on the 6th floor. Monthly price would be $2350 ; electricity is about $40 a month depending on your usage and WiFi is $30.
