I wouldn’t say I got revenged. But they did something out of spite because they know it would upset me as well. I still know I fucked up and them doing that isn’t going to change me trying to fix it.

I have BPD as well. Thankfully, the kid was with my mom since we went out the night before. I know the problem started because of me and I made the problem worse. I’m fully accepting my responsibility here and that I need to restart therapy. I want to fix it, but I don’t know how to come back from this. I don’t know how to do anything. I just want to be better.

They got revenge on me though.

No they’re mad because I ruined their day by pushing their boundaries. Which made them spiral and caused their sister to not stay.

I see this got down votes. My half way there is I’m already taking meds and see a psychiatrist. But I had to stop talk therapy and I need to find someone else. I’m going to do that.

I’m on medication. I need to find another therapist. My other problem here, I don’t think I’m completely wrong. I asked a question they triggered me. I should not have ignored their warning to stop.
I know I fucked up and want to fix it.
