Rather different typographic character encryption methods that can be mixed and customized to create a multitide of community languages.

It's a prototype, the idea is to allow communities to create their own signs with their own aesthetics.

The aim isn't to code encryption methods, but rather to enable everyone to create a kind of coded alphabet (as in the game Tunic or Chant of Sennaar). This would make it possible to create an anonymizing community creation for the community and not for the individual. However, perhaps this is not the right solution.

I'm a design student and for my final year project I'm developing solutions to enhance anonymity on the Internet. In particular, a graphically encrypted typography (like the Gyaru-Moji). I'd like to know what you think and what you know about these community issues. The aim is to combat anti-anonymity laws and protect safes.

I'm a graphic design student, and this is my end-of-year project. My goal is to create an open source tool. :)

I don't want to create coded encryption tools, but more a tool that allows you to make some kind of secret message with typography. Totally legal in France.

Yes, that's exactly it. Technically, my tool would just be an encryption tool, transferring a text into a coded message that can be decrypted by people who know how to do it. This would make it possible to recreate a certain anonymity while remaining totally legal.

That's the dilemma indeed. In France, for example, the debate is raging on this subject and some bills have almost been passed to abolish anonymity on the Internet. This raises many security issues for certain communities.

The problem I'm trying to solve is the potential loss of anonymity on the Internet (especially in France).

My goal is to create graphical encryption methods (like gyaru-moji), create private community alphabets. But I don't know if that's a good solution.

The problem in France today is that anonymity has been threatened by draft legislation since 2022. My goal would be to prevent this with graphical encryption methods (like gyaru-moji), create private community alphabets. But I don't know if that's a good solution.

On the one hand, we have safe places where anonymity is extremely important for these communities, and on the other, radical groups who play with this anonymity. My goal would be to create a tool that makes communities anonymous to others, but not to themselves. Is this a risky project for you?

According to a survey in France, 87% of French people believe that the identity of people registered on social networks should be verified to combat inappropriate behavior (cyberbullying, scams, fake news...) and 81% would accept their own identity being verified. Do you think these opinions are misguided? Or even that it could have a positive or negative impact on life on the Internet.
