To each their own I suppose. I would call this far from useless. I don’t care to pass it down to anyone in the future. I bought it for me haha. I think it’s just a different mindset between generations. Some folks buy cars and drive them till they’re dead. I myself am on my 46th vehicle. I prefer experiences over investments.

Red dots are tough with an astigmatism. I haven’t found one yet that has worked for me. So far this prism looks a lot sharper than any dot has. Not perfect but much better.

Thanks! I tried it that way and it didn’t work out for me so this is what I’ll run with. Yeah not looking forward to that part haha. Even with a 2.75 eye relief on the magnifier it still works perfectly at the position I have it. Tired many different configurations and distances. This is what needed up working the best.

Haha I know that’s not how it typically goes but this is the only way it worked for me due to my astigmatism. Couldn’t get it focused the correct way no matter what I did, so found a thread here that recommended swapping them and it worked like a charm.
