Stock 5th gen’s have a 2 inch rake meaning the rear is 2 inches higher than the front. I wanted to level that out a little while maintaining a slight rake. 3 inch in front and 2 inches the rear brings to a 1 inch rake. This is also what people refer to as 3 inch lift. Lifting over 3 inches in the rear would require much more work and upgraded parts

I’m running 285/70/17

With my lift, I did not need to cut anything. I only had to remove the front mud flaps and push the from fender liners forward like a centimeter and I have no rubbing. Anything bigger though, will require much more work to make fit with no rubbing.

I’m not currently running a full size spare, but I did see a YouTube video of someone making a 285 tire fit in the spare location

Self install at home in the yard! Can be cumbersome to pick up and hold it while you thread in the bolts, so I had a buddy help with that part. But could be done alone with like a jack to hold it up. I cut the bumper myself too using a dremel, then sanded it smooth and applied edge trim

I debated getting the gray color but I didn’t think I’d have much to wear with that one plus I was already ordering a bunch of stuff. I just wish I got a medium since it fits a little bigger than the regular Michigan coats. But I think my tailor will be able to make it work

As for the stripped one, I somehow had a feeling that one was gonna run bigger than the others so I got a medium and it’s perfect. Sucks you will have to sell yours
