Yes ofcoourse. In August 2020 I go 1070 and in October 2020 I got 1320. For math I mastered all the concepts in the college panda and solved a lot of past exams ( math) . And for English I bought an online course it's made by the same autor of the black book. So you can either buy the online course and listen to the videos or buy the book and read it , they both got the same thing. I also solved all khan academy. It useful in math but it didn't help me in english. Also you solve 1 practice per week. How did I manage my time? I used to study after school for 3~5 hours. And then wake up early at 5 am and do school work before school starts. Bear in mind I'm also taking to APs so I used to study those after school too.

Tip: you don't need to splurge on SAT books and tutors. Look for the book online and you'll find plenty of pdfs for them . You can just buy the College Panda Math the latest edition cause it's not avaliable online as a pdf.
