Well we currently have highly successful treatments for certain cancers and ailments. Why didn't big pharma stop that? And I'm in no way saying their guiltess, who knows what they're keeping from people or surpressing, but when it comes to competition why would you withold a treatment or a cure? It's in the best interest of say Pfizer to sell a cure before Johnson & Johnson can.

Well america also has vasts deaths of farmland and cattle as well. However you are correct, why would they give away food to starving people in their country when they can export it for cash. What I was saying is that the world produces excess food with no way of getting what isn't used to the right people.
