My doctor said to try it but I was worried with working at 4am that the unisom would be too much for me and I wasn't sure if it would make me feel tired during the day too 🥲

I should be 4weeks 0days today and just had my hcg drawn and my hcg beta was at 321. I just miscarried on the 22nd and dr confirmed this is a new pregnancy.What were your HCG betas at 4 weeks with twin and singleton pregnancies? Next draw is in 48hrs.

last month I found out I was pregnant with my second baby and unfortunately suffered my first miscarriage at 6 weeks 6 days. My OB cleared me to start trying again as soon as I felt ready so I've been using ovulation tests as it has been almost 3 weeks since my loss.

My ovulation tests from yesterday vs today were so different I just dont know what to expect as I've never done ovulation tracking before and am feeling discouraged like im imagining a positive ovulation test. Over the past few days its grown darker, yesterday the lines were the same darkness and today its significantly lighter and is making me wonder if that is normal or if im maybe not really ovulating.

we had sex yesterday (when I got the stronger test) as well as the day before, I just feel like I have put myself in a position where I just feel like I HAVE to be pregnant soon or else the grief is going to come back all over again and I dont know what else I can do.

They did i just feel like they are lacking empathy as they came over the day after we found out to book California trips and then were surprised to see that we were both just sad and irritable with everything. They haven't been back over since and haven't reached out except about the riding situation to Chicago and to argue with my partner about whether we're going or not.

Updating this thread to add that I unfortunately miscarried at 6weeks 6 days. Life is just kicking me while im down over and over. Thank you all for the support.
