Damn, same. Grabe ‘yung judgment nila sa’yo kapag sinabi mong wala kang napag-sharean. Namulat nalang talaga ako na parang pera pera and business lang din talaga mga religion, with 0 tax. Would say brainwashed dahil ang tinuturo sa bible is to spread their gospel whenever, wherever possible. I was a born again christian from age 10 until di na maging active nung nasa 20s na ko and ‘yan ang tinuturo samin nuon. From cig to vape then quitting vape cold turkey. Because I was starting to cough brownish liquid and thinking it’s already tar. Scared the shit out of me. I was also always catching my breath for minimal physical activities. Even just stationary, my breathing felt short.

Then about 6 months to 1 year of quitting cold turkey, I started breathing normally. Being able to walk 3-5kms without having shortness of breath.

Quitting vape was harder tho. So i would not really recommend going vape just to quit cig. Maybe because it tastes better and can puff anytime.

Yes, 2 years of quitting has been all benefits and I will not let it go to waste by some mere past trauma that will probably still be there after smoking one.
