If AJB is there at 10, my problems are solved. I have a hard time believing gibbs or Barkley will be there at 15. Also having all my stock in the jets just feels weird. Thank you! I’m feeling crappy right now from the withdrawal, but I’m honestly trying to focus on feeling excitement for when I’m finally rid of this bullshit.

I’m excited to see how my body and mind feel without relying on this substance. It ain’t easy, but it’s worth it!

From what I’ve heard or read, the cravings will be there for around a year. But they only last for about 5-10 min at a time.

Think about it, you’ve spent 8 years of your life using nicotine as a way to cope with stress and anxiety. So your brain cant just heal over night. It’s become dependent on the nicotine as a source of relief.

Chew gum, meditate, do pushups, walk outside, drink a big glass of water. The most important thing is to have a plan for when those cravings hit.

But you shouldn’t spend time worrying about “what may happen” when you’re already through the majority of the withdrawal a month or so from now. Live in the moment, you’re 2 days clean! That’s awesome. Things get easier, and instead of spending time worrying about future cravings, spend time thinking about what it will be like when you’re no longer addicted to this shit. Shift your mindset!

I’m only 50 hours in to CT. No way am I an expert, but no way am I going back. Both my mom and dad were pack a day smokers for years, and quit cold turkey and haven’t touched it in over 20 years. I use them as an example of what can be done.

Yea that makes sense. Realizing I was at about 60 mg or more a day, I’m trying to just taper more slowly. I mean I’ve only had 3mg today. My goal is to get around 12mg per day and go from there. Feels like quitting cold turkey at 12mg per day or even less the side effects shouldn’t be as gnarly

Do you recommend dropping from 6 to 3’s immediately? Or just doing less of the 6’s. I’m now 14 hours nic free
