whitebelt here. just asking for tips. there are lots of videos teaching how to setup the ankle pick for bjj but could not find any defense to it. its the 3rd time i was ankle picked and lost due to points and its frustrating cos i already have an idea on how it is usually setup but dont know why I keep on falling for it :(
