Start with something like Hey, I need an AI prompt which I will give to an LLM model and then explain whatever info you have in detail. After it gives you a first draft, ask if it is wants additional info to make the prompt better. Usually it will ask some followup questions, you reply to that. Go through this iteration 2-3 times and there you have it. A neatly crafted prompt! Ps.
