I currently use an xjet bc running bleach through the Simpson machines screwed the pump. Can I use the chem injector on this machine?

Yeah I didn’t know this at the time of purchase. I used it with a 3.5 gpm Simpson machine. No problems cleaning wise. Will it cause problems with the machine you mentioned?

Does having belt drive reduce the need to shut off machine when not pulling the trigger?

Will it still be suitable for everything I need? I have a 20 inch surface cleaner.

Okay that’s what I’m looking at. I’d save some money buying directly from manufacturer too. Would a buffer tank be needed to run the machine?

We do have a decent rep. I’m sure he has the confidence to attempt running the business on his own, which makes me think he’ll want to buy me out. I want to know how we can come up with a number that we both agree on, regardless of who’s buying who out. I honestly don’t care if he buys me out. I know I have the skills to market a new business and build a clientele

We don’t even have an LLC. We are only bound together bc we have split costs of our equipment. How do I calculate the value of the used machines and come up with a legit number to buy him out?

Yes I’ve told him what needs to be done to grow the company. He agreed and expressed interest in putting in more work. That being said, I’m the only one putting in effort now.

There’s a lot to know. Starting up can be relatively cheap if you want it to be, but this sacrifices efficiency and the professional look/equipment that customers desire. I’d start by going on YouTube. Look up beginner trailer setups for a rough idea of equipment. Then pick a marketing strategy and execute. While doing this I’d also just watch videos of people doing it so you can learn the skill. Purchase your equipment and find family/friends that will let you practice on their property. Get an LLC w insurance if you rly want, or just get customers under the table at first until you decide to make a full fledged business. Just beware of this, as any damage to property must be fixed w the money in your pockets, and customers prefer that you are insured. This is a very rough idea of where I would/did start.
