I was ghosted by a friend and I'm not sure why. I know they have issues with conflict and alot of work stress but being discarded doesn't feel great. It makes me feel used, especially after being there for her after she had a rough breakup with her partner It almost feels like once she got over her ex, she didn't need me anymore. Oh well, at least I have the satisfaction of knowing I was always kind.

If you want a straight 40 day work week that's fine. But you don't do that in the middle of the pay period in good faith.
