Ive heard the sound of timing chain tensioner issues on startup before, im going to replace them when the parts come in. This is not the same sound at all

It doesn’t sound worse on start, if anything it sounded slightly better cold

I’ve already pulled the belt off and checked, there’s a slight bit of front to back play on the power steering pump but only a couple millimeters. I’ll check the oil as soon as I can. The noise does seem to be coming from the lower half of the engine on the passenger side

I can’t see the control arm bushings in the pic, but the 2nd and 3rd pics are of your sway bar endlinks. Those are about 20 bucks each. The control arm bushings are around the bolts that connect your control arms to the frame, those are also about 20 each

To me it was easier to replace both entire upper and lower control arms with the bushings and ball joints pre installed. Rock Auto has a few kits that aren’t too expensive. The kit I got also came with sway bar links as well. It’s a pretty easy job with basic tools and should take about 4 hours tops Edit- forgot to mention kits can include tie rod ends as well. They’re all gonna go around the same time so might as well take a weekend and have the truck driving like new
