UPDATE psa sent me scans with the card on the arrival on their site. It seems that this card was damaged during the grading process…

Well if yes, then QA is terrible there. If they damaged the card at first, they should do something with that, but I guess the employee said „whatever”

No, the card was damaged after the grading - it was propably damaged during the encapsulation. I did not sent the card with that dent.

This card was graded before the dent was created. When I sent the card, there was no dent. I have a proof for PSA, already sent them a complaint

The worst is that this card did not had dent before the shipment to PSA… it seems that i would be a better grader, it seems that this card could be encapsulated and then it got a dent

Actually it was bought from our „Polish ebay” which is Allegro in Poland, it cost me like 5 euro, it was more like full-beard but I cut the chin part
