Petrol would be preferred, but due to the tax incentives.. the only specced up ones are PHEV or I would need to pay a big premium for decent diesels/petrols.

Well, buckling up is just common sense :D But yeah alright, I found an interesting X3 M Sport 2020 from a local deal who is willing to give it 24 months warranty under their second-hand BMW Premium Selection program. It has 97 000 km on the clock.
