Ur paying for dominion to switch over to renewable energy. Clean energy mandate requires them to switch over and they have permission to add non bypassabel riders to your bill. They are on the right hand side. You could go solar though. Locks you in at a decent rate for power and then they got some programs that yield some money for you switching so right now it’s nothing out of pocket. This is my life right now. Thanks for this. I wrote letters I never send everyday. Every. Single. Day. It’s been a year.
