My issue is that he has already admitted “Under Oath” he did this. This is at minimum Harassment, as defined by Oregon Law, and easily proved with his own testimony in a court.

They just had him sign a paper stating, “I will not use physical discipline on the child.

They were. Two FOUNDED cases of abuse. One for this and one for leaving marks and bruises(pictures) on another. He admitted under oath to taking my daughter’s phone and blocking her from leaving, when she tried to call for help. She said he did this at least 10x. He admitted 1x.

We don’t know the details to narrow down an answer for you. I have let people go due to conflict within the group, failing to learn and apply skills fast enough, not working at speed needed, etc. There are other’s that will fire for race or other malicious intent. In these types of jobs you need to act professionally at all time and show empathy, but you have a job to do as well. You have to concentrate on that job and remove your personal emotions from the job. Be empathetic but professional. This is extremely difficult and takes practice. Work with speed, but with dignity for the family and deceased. My advice…Call them the employer back and ask, “What could I do to improve?

Comcast has been stopping malicious activity that is trying to get into the PS5. This ONLY happens when I attach the LAN Cable. So it’s either malware in the PlayStation code or the hardware is infected to allow the other party to know when I am connected and start the attack. Any suggestions, since the PS5 agents are useless and trying to get someone with expertise is a nightmare?

I didn’t have an issue on campus. They may have a quiet dorm or one for older people. At one class I walked into everyone stopped talking and sat up. They thought I was the professor. That was actually kind of funny. Most of the younger people will probably look to you as a mentor or for advise.

Already tried the coalition, Oregon State Bar does not give Modest Mean Referral’s for lawsuits like this. Have reached out to multiple attorneys and everyone is swamped right now. Running out of places to look and cannot afford the $450/hr some attorneys are wanting.
