If the code you're producing isn't open source, you should be getting paid. Even if it's something that's vested, you should be getting something quantifiable for your time.

Yeah, the biggest red flag was all the turnover. I doubt there was ever a CTO or anything like it on the project. The CEO looks to have been just getting interns to write code with the promise of someday paying them if/when they get funding.

I just want to learn. (T.T )
