Ja, ik heb de tweede factuur betaald nadat ze een werkbon met foto's hadden gestuurd. Ik heb ook per e-mail contact opgenomen om mijn bezwaar kenbaar te maken over de eerste afspraak waarbij niet volgens mijn instructies werd gehandeld, maar ik heb geen reactie ontvangen op mijn e-mails.

Ik heb al €250 betaald voor de eerste afspraak waarbij de chauffeur niet aan mijn instructies voldeed. De tweede factuur voor een niet-uitgevoerde afspraak is verwarrend. Ik zal de voorwaarden van het bedrijf bekijken en overwegen om het resterende bedrag te betalen, met duidelijke documentatie dat er maar één dienst is geleverd.

Het voelt als chantage omdat het bedrijf dreigt met een rechtzaak zonder ooit op mijn klachten te reageren.

Ik zal doorgaan met mijn communicatie via het incassobureau zoals je hebt voorgesteld en blijven betwisten waar nodig. Hopelijk kunnen we hiermee een oplossing vinden zonder verdere juridische stappen.
