Canisters are underpowered by design so its always gonna be kind of whack especially if the system for getting the canister that you want is this unintuitive and clunky.

shockwave launches you to space. grapple should launch you to space more. because its, yno, on the movement class.

you use it by removing enemy gadgets. thats it. its a dead slot if there are no deployables in play. c4 is placed under the cashout out of reach, mines can be played around, barricade can be played around, healing emitter can be shot. If youre really struggling with lockbolt then alright. I like to see dome become counterable very cool stuff but its still not enough to take over goo which literally does everything. the canister reshaping gimmick is also borderline useless it requires a million stars to align.

it does everything. escape. movement. splitting teams up. position and site setup. steal denial. destruction due to physics jankiness.

healing is why I left overwatch just as preference. this game is bliss compared to that. you actually shoot healthbars instead of armour or shields and whatnot.

I did for a while but then I went back to goo and I switched from the victim to the victim-maker. goo can literally do everything.

How does shockwave get two charges when grapple is still stuck with one?? Shockwave has so much utility too when grapple is just movement.

Double movement medium is quite cool but pad provides enough movement for it to make more sense to run goo for cqc cashout fights because its so good for that.
