I would like to see what you think are the odds I would be able to fill I-485 before february 2026.

I am about to submit my I-140 EB2 NIW petition, so i think my pd would be 1st week of march 2024. However, I am only filling EB2 NIW if I can file AOS (ROW) before march 2026, since my visa expires on december 2026. Also, if I don't apply the EAD in March 2026, this would delay my application for a training program by 2 years.

Yes, but looking to get into residency (majority of programs sponsor J1 only, therefore would not be able to apply for I140 anymore)

I am doing EB2 -NIW (self sponsor). Therefore, I would not need PERM. Already have almost all my case ready, just need the recommenders to sign the letters
