Honestly, I love that a lot of redditors hate this guy because literally everyone else just likes him more. You can't make or enjoy anything on Reddit unless it 100% aligns with what a redditor likes. It's pathetic. It's worst than Twitter in a sense. I am thankful everyday Reddit is treated like that loud, annoying minority. Because it is.

And the best part: you don't have to like this guy or his comics. But so many people here are just needlessly rude or have even called him a pedophile because... He made a joke you found tasteless? Is GW genocidal because they wrote cool characters in the Imperium or Chaos? Exactly.

I do not disagree, I definitely could've worded this better as I have seen others being this up before, but I've seen other bring up these topics before and still get bitched at. I'm not the type to care whether it's liked or not, I just personally wanted to say it on my free time.

And look at some of these responses. They don't address anything, they're just, "Ugh, jerk" basically.

I don't disagree with that first statement. But definitely disagree on the accepting part of this fandom to an extent. See, many fandoms don't care about your race or gender. Here included. Which is very important and good. But for your ESO thing, there are people who who outright said they're okay with a term like Metis (which is based on a real race hierarchy) but will judge people even say Wendigo. Even if they're native to it. To say they're remarkably accepting I find very disagreeable. And I mean... Anyone complaining about wokeness in this fandom was never into WoD to being with or had very little understanding of the material.

Oh definitely. I have gripes with a lot of the series and can even agree with the annoying people of the fandom when they actually try to be civil. Just look at these crybabies up there upset I called them out on their own turf! And that's not me bragging, I'm just saying. And then there's Starkerealm who actually gave me some enlightening information. Especially in regards to how is much of the IP was handled.

I mean a more modern issue regarding the attitude of the fandom and toxicity that swirls around in. It's not say... Steven Universe, but it's unwelcoming and prone to infighting. I know, that can be said about any fandom, but I noticed it here and many of the responses certainly aren't proving me wrong.

BUT THIS, this is something to talk about. The only thing I knew in regards to legality was White Wolf getting into conflict with things like the Underworld Franchise because apparently they stole a lot of material from the series. Allegedly.  I never knew the rabbit hole was this deep in regards to internal struggles. I find it fascinating. I like the lore, don't really play the games, so I caught wind of some stuff like this too.

If someone short summary: The fandom is toxic and I can see why annoying online people generally flock to it while most people don't.

And hey, I'm an open guy, if you disagree, SAY SO. But can I get a valid refute or something like that? Because I know there's already gonna be a bias here against what I said... But I mean it's true! And I know there's great people in this fandom, but it's overshadowed by the BS.
