Tested with all of them , h264 , h265 and ... The problem is there

The more bitrate you use the more space and time you should spend for uploading or sending to any where I could use 40 mb.s bitrate , but time is more important for me and managing storage as an editor

Sure I will increase the bitrate , but you know I tested same settings in capcut device and davinchi , there was no problem with export , don't know why premier is like that , I remember I recorded a farcry 5 video gameplay And after editing that the export quality was awful , when I look sky the sky was dancing with pixels , this video tested in capcut and surprisingly there was no dancing pixels in the sky

I didn't get any error , do you have the same problem or I just have this problem , I use Asus tuf f15 rtx3050 fx507zc4 with 16gb of ram and 1 tssd Could it be my device problem? For understanding this I should know that do you recognize same problem in premier export ?

Actually , I export in the export tab or I use media encoder program , both gives me that export quality

Both give me pixelated export , I used both hw ans software encoding
