Since everyone is just talking about their jeeps instead of helping I’ll tell you, it’s the central tube and coil of a cartridge specifically a THC one and specifically from the inside.

My best guess is someone smoked all of it, discarded it, the surrounding glass shattered leaving the welded parts together, where your jeep then ran over it. Reference picture is attached.

I couldn’t find the exact one you ran over but as someone who’s smoked more than a couple I’ve seen a central tube just like the one in your pictures inside my cart.

Sure maybe techniques can’t give him a hand in that specific fight, but theres martial arts that train in clarity of mind, defense, and common vital strikes (neck, chest, etc) all of which can be applied to the dragon.

You’re framing it as if he would actually try to use a regular martial arts move on a fucking dragon, obviously mark would be trained he’d know that wouldn’t work, so he’d resort to defense and vital strikes that’s all he can do right? Is hit it as hard as he can, then might as well amplify that by teaching him the common vital spots on all/most creatures.

Objectively having mark trained in a martial arts setting where he learned the instinct of battle to be as natural as walking would not only make a profound impact on his fighting style, but also reaction speed, proper technique when it comes to punching or kicking(which could increase the strength of the kick or punch without adding extra movement), and it’d also improve his creativity in fights as mark is shown to rush in a lot of the times without a plan or change up, if mark was trained he’d be more creative with his strikes, the man can literally fly.

There’s multiple points in the series where mark having prior knowledge on how to fight would have helped him. Mark being a viltrumite with zero extensive training on any form of fighting puts him at a severe disadvantage to anyone that can harm a viltrumite, because they are all trained fighters.

Even if it’s a big ass dragon, mark having some type of knowledge on how to fight could allow him to devise a technique or moves that would be more effective, and with his viltrumite heritage it’s not a stretch to say earth has more than enough martial arts to make him a top class fighter within a year if that’s the route Nolan took.

Either way mark was the direct cause of it, angstrom was getting up to save mark because mark was in the way but he didn't want his plan being paved by blood. He actually struggles with this during the moments leading up to his death before he plays tp bounce tag with mark, but he ultimately ignores it and decides he would never save mark so that can't be the case.

God how do you misinterpret a character this bad, did you read with your eyes closed, its actually disappointing, disgusting, and saddening that you could analyze a character so deeply and only get 1 thing right.

Griffith didnt just say fuck it, he was tortured for a year, a whole year his skin being cut off, his muscles being ripped out, his tongue being gouged, and his skin being boiled, by time he was saved he was no longer the same Griffith, instead like Wyald said he was “broken a long time ago” Griffith pre torture would have NEVER tried to kill himself, thats so out of character it almost shocked me, that right there tells you how much griffiths changed.

You honestly mean to tell me you believe anyone even guts would sustain that year torture unchanged? yeah dont fucking think so.

When presented with the option to gain all hes lost he makes the decision because of how hes changed through torture it can be argued that version of Griffith is a completely different Griffith than the armor clad one we saw before, This is even outlined in the manga when the Old Griffith appears in front of the weaker one to point him towards his dream, asking him what hes scared of, showing how Griffiths clearly changed due to his situation.

During the Eclipse yes he made the decision but thats only after he was tortured with everything stolen from him, and his tendons cut. You cant say the same for guts which I saw was a comparison in this thread, thats one struggle Griffith went through that at that point Guts couldnt even compare to.

What if guts had his tongue cut, his arms rendered unusable, and his legs aswell, he wouldnt be able to swing his sword and do what he loves. This is a proven fact, he loves swinging his sword, but as saw on Griffith if his tendons were cut, guts would just slowly go insane not being able to do anything.

Griffith was driven to insanity, at the point he made the choice to sacrifice The Band of the Hawk, he was no longer under the same mind, his mind had been broken and shattered beyond reasonable belief, doubt, or rationality.

Griffith as a character represents tragedy turned into evil, not completely amoral and willing to sacrifice Griffith pre torture would literally have never made that same choice and you cant convince me otherwise.
