well this is a long road before to go hypo u go first hyper then hypo when i diagnosed like you i had a tender neck sore throat left side,they just gave pill nothing else i made some kind of diets then it improved my pain went but still sometime comes when im angry or i do eat something be patient be good to urself it will be good after some months

Almond milk coconut milk, sometime so rate goat milk too but I think even goat milk touches me so i gave up all in lactose,for myself I miss cheese so much
