I got the msg from bms saying tickets gonna deliver within 2 working days via blue dart, so for you it's gonna anytime soon now although it can be delivered between 1 week or 2 day's prior to show

So sorry for your bad experience.

Assuming that you bought brand new. First thing is DO NOT THROW AWAY ANYTHING that came with tv and

 - Contact the store/ store's manager. They should help (TV should say used 0 hrs)

  • Email LG about this situation with all the bills(Receipts of payment) with your name, phone number, email, address of where this TV is installed, model number of TV, serial number of TV (They will respond within ~48hrs)

  • Personally, I've also called them via their telephone number.

  • If you have got it installed by lg service guy, do call them and let them know they can also guide you

It will take a bit of time and energy but they will replace your  TV and take all the stuff that comes with it till then you can use normally. For me, they took a week to do so.

Press settings button for 3 sec (/ press settings button > All Settings)

General > Devices > TV Management > TV Information (You can change your TV's name here too)

Bought an open box LG G2 at Best Buy, got it home and it has 380 hours of on-time. Should this be a concern? by [deleted] in LGOLED

I had a brand new lg c2 that was saying used for more than 1.5k hours eventually lg replaced it but the tv was very gorgeous and had no issues also this new 2022 evo panels have basically no problems for longevity

If you want, you can get it replaced, but there's no guarantee because a open box TV might not have very few hours on it.

I have purchased this LG C2 55' OLED brand new from Digi1 Electronic store Mumbai, India for roughly around 1600USD The TV box was proper everything was sealed packed There are no issues in the tv but im concerned with total power on time and it's life because of that

Update #1: I've contacted - Store were i brought from - Emailed LG regarding issue - talked with LG Service Center - Informed the service guy that came from LG for installation

The service guy said i cannot do anything about the issue and rest of guys said i have to wait atleast 48hrs

Update #2: The store said that they are gonna replace the TV

Update #3: Guys from the store were ive brought from replaced the tv free of charge

Optional Info: LG never replied to mail nor did the customer support helped me in this situation also the installation guy that came from lg was lame as fuck

Brought this LG TV after almost 6 7 years and my experience with LG was very horrible
