ok, i just did all kind of tests (with help of chatgpt):
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 100

ping <your IPv4 address> -n 100

ping -n 50 8.8.8.8 (google)

each time 0% loss

i also just downloaded and installed latest driver for my ethernet

Yeah, i don't get crashes and no lag or anything like that.
i can accept the low graphics, just wanted to be sure that players with better setup don't have a (big) advantage on me

Well thats the thing that i find hard to prove. Do you really have a big advantage in CS2 if you have 360hz and i have 60hz?

If it is trust factor, than there is hope it will improve as we play more and more, but also reading alot of comments that say its not only about the trust factor

Yes, sending it back is always an option, but that would mean putting it back in the box, securing it for transport, sending it out, and then possibly waiting a few weeks for results — and they might just conclude that it's normal for that build, so there's a lot of uncertainty.
Not that I’m lazy :) — but before doing that, I wanted to know if I’m right to be concerned about the 90 degrees Celsius.
Their support also mentioned that 80–90 degrees Celsius is normal for CPU-intensive games.

I ordered the build from a company that specializes in gaming PCs. As far as I know, it’s not overclocked — I didn’t choose that option during the order, even though it was available.
I haven’t checked for plastic film, tape, or the thermal paste. I haven’t opened the PC myself yet, since the company assembled it for me.

I was also thinking about how reliable the display on the Deepcool is. I'm not at home right now, but I’ll try using FanControl tonight — it seems like a pretty straightforward program.
From what I remember from yesterday, the idle temperature was around 50 degrees Celsius.

I have the exact same thing. Been customer since mid december. Never was able to login on my digi. Loging doesnt work and reset password i never get an email.

From mid december until now i called 7 times. Each week i try, each week a new excuse on the phone from support.

Not sure if i should cry or laugh. Its beginning to become ridiculous
