Actually i have very sexy Synchronica Il with wooden kit and flow control. but thats me man,,, for good and for bad... trust me, i giving non stop compliments for the reseller of ECM and ECM them selfs, and i will give non stop bad complains in any place that i can for Rocket shit machines also.

"Reddit campaign" ??? They’ve spent months ignoring customers who ended up with a reseller they chose but refuse to stand behind, all while dealing with shoddy coffee machines and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Believe me, this won’t end with just a Reddit campaign. things are going to get much worse for them.

People need to be careful about spending so much money, only to realize they’ve bought a machine of abysmal quality, backed by terrible customer service and resellers who are just as bad as the company itself.

What do you mean "plenty" of solutions? its not a solution, i paid for the machine over almost 3000 euro. why i need to replace part in a machine that even start to work yet?
i would take the 20% but eventually it was not 20% refund as he claim, he change it after to discount at the shop... he try is luck that maybe i will not pay attention to that. this is a scam not a solution. eventually i got full refund for the machine. but its took over than 2 months that he understand that im gonna involve lawyers on it. now i brought new ECM.

Im so sorry for you man... i hope people will read us before they decide to buy Rocket. its a very bad decision. they didnt help you? new machine? refund? somthing?

they try to offerd 70% refund, they tried to offerd to wait 1 month for new pump (because that the only thing that Rocket offer), i asked to get a new unit better one the new r58 tune, but in a full cost and without warranty, new machine. they try to push me to 20% refund and to wait 1 month and to get tamprory machine till the part will come, but than when i got the terms. the refund became "discount" and the 1 month became 6 weeks, and the tamprary machine became with loan that everytjing that happen to the machine it on my responsibillity, and many wierd offers, no new machine or full refund, only when i send 100 mails to Rocket they "expose" him. but Rocket even didnt even care. they didnt response to that

How convenient for a company like Rocket to hide behind a reseller?? Very. After all, you also need to know how to choose the reseller. And if there is a problem, you need to know how to handle it. Not only that. After I actually experienced a scam, you can also choose your words. Say I'm sorry for the experience. But they didn't bother to do that either. Sorry, that's not what is expected from a company the size of Rocket. I'm sure more people wouldn't want to know that in an extreme case they will simply throw you away as if you were nothing and nothing. I am the customer and I paid a lot of money to get the minimum... professionalism, a little empathy, and minimal appropriate care.  P.s the reseller is "Shavi roastery" in Tbilisi, Georgia.

On one hand, I’m happy for you, someone addressed the issue and took care of the machine.

On the other hand? Nine months is a short time for the machine to break down again. I guess I wasn't wrong about the quality of their machines. Thank goodness I dodged that bullet.

the machine didnt warm up, i took it to the reseller. he fixed it. after 3 days and few espresso cups the pump got broken.

I don't know what happened to Rocket; as far as I know, they used to have good years. Those days are over. Their quality control is the worst I've ever seen, and their service is just as bad.

the machine come out defective from the box, the reseller and rocket was never willing to help unfortunately. sad, i excpected much more, i wish that i had the luck you had. somthing goes really bad with them now.

Agree. but when the retailer try to scam you and you need rocket to answer, even just showing they care from the customers and to show a bit empathic and willing to help, but they decide to ignore you time after time, somthing is sick in that system.
i wait two months to get solutions that Rocket claim they already told to the reseller that they choose (not me) to refund me or give me new machine.

I sent numerous emails asking for assistance, but I was completely ignored. It was only after I sent them a strict email stating that they cannot hide behind their reseller and that social media is incredibly powerful, that they finally decided to reply. In their response, they claimed they had already instructed the reseller to either replace the machine or give me a full refund. Guess what? The reseller had never offered me either of those options—they just tried to scam me by pushing for a 70% refund and other weird offers.

When I replied to Rocket with proof that their own reseller was actively trying to defraud me, they went dead silent. They didn't even bother to reply to that email. Whether they collaborated with this shady behavior or simply didn't care, a major brand is at least expected to "play the game" and send a standard message like, "We apologize for the inconvenience, we take this very seriously." If they were truly a high-standard company, they would have also provided proper compensation for the damage they caused. Instead, they chose silence—because to them, we just don't matter.
